Requirements

* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant

* Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential

* A patient, caring, and proactive approach

* Strong classroom support and behaviour management skills

* Confidence supporting pupils across different age groups and abilities

* A genuine passion for helping children achieve and thrive
