Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Paid Ads Specialist, based in Farnham. The Paid Ads Specialist will design, implement, and manage paid media campaigns via platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive high‑quality inbound inquiries for our clients. Responsibilities include optimizing ad performance, conducting A/B testing, analyzing data to measure campaign success, and collaborating with internal teams to improve overall marketing strategies.

The role requires a focus on creating innovative solutions and providing exceptional outcomes for renewable energy businesses.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in managing paid advertising platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and make strategic optimizations
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, conducting A/B testing, and improving customer acquisition processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients
  • Ability to develop and implement creative ad strategies that drive high‑quality leads and achieve revenue targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing analytics tools, and familiarity with the renewable energy market is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
