We are advertising early because finding the right person matters to us. St Paul’s is a highly relational school with a strong culture and nurturing ethos. We want to give the successful candidate time to get to know the school, build relationships and fully understand the community before starting the role.
St Paul’s is a growing and ambitious school with a deeply inclusive approach. Over recent years, the school has expanded from an infant school into primary phase education, with KS2 continuing to grow year by year. We have also opened an 80-place nursery, opened our Evergreen ASD Unit and established our SEARCh Inclusion Base to support children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
At St Paul’s, “Learning in God’s Love” is at the heart of everything we do. Our vision and values of Courage, Compassion and Community shape a school where children are known, valued and supported to flourish. Inclusion, relationships and belonging sit at the centre of everything we do.
