The 2-Year Training & Promotion PathwayThis isn't a mainstream environment. The school specialises in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)-a deeply rewarding, data-driven, and positive approach to teaching children with autism.
- Strict No-Restraint Policy:
The school relies entirely on positive reinforcement. Physical restraint is never used. - The Traffic Light System:

To pass the initial screening, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in UK education, Early Years (EYFS), or children's residential care homes. - Education:
GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths. A degree or background in Psychology is highly desirable. - Right to Work:
Valid UK Right to Work with no visa expiration's within the next 12 months (sponsorship is not available for this intake).
