We are seeking aspiring teachers to join our vibrant secondary school community near Farnham. All subjects and degree backgrounds are welcome. This role offers hands‑on classroom experience while working alongside experienced teachers and mentors.

• Work across multiple subject departments based on strengths and interests.
• Support teaching and learning in the classroom and small‑group settings.
• Participate in high‑quality training and mentoring programmes.
• Develop an understanding of pedagogy and behaviour management.
• Be supported to progress onto a teacher training programme (e.g., PGCE, School Direct, or salaried route).

• Hold (or be on the path to achieve) a bachelor’s degree.
• Have a passion for working with young people.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show commitment, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
• Be ready to grow, reflect, and inspire – no formal teaching experience required.
