4 Day Working Week

Up to £42k pa

We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As our Nursery Manager at our Farnham
setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

Working closely with a supportive Operations team your role is designed to focus on the delivering of our owlstanding education.

  • Guide the successful observation and documentation of children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively across the leadership team.
  • Build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
