Finance Manager

Overview

Eye4 Recruitment is partnering with a Farnham/Guildford-based organisation to recruit a Finance Manager who will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting continued growth.

• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and day-to-day finance operations
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insight to support strategic decisions
• Manage, mentor, and develop a small finance team
• Support organisational growth, including involvement in tendering activities
• Oversee IT and data security, working closely with external providers to maintain secure and effective systems
• Shape and strengthen the finance function as the organisation evolves

• You'll be well suited to this role if you:
• Are a qualified accountant with at least 3 years' experience in financial or management accounting
• Have hands-on experience preparing budgets, year-end and published accounts, and liaising with auditors
• Bring proven experience in a similar role, including leading day-to-day finance operations and managing a small team
