The Role As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
Manage a high volume of mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion Conduct client appointments and provide tailored mortgage advice Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers Guide customers through the mortgage process, delivering exceptional service throughout Refer clients to protection advisors to enhance overall customer outcomes Achieve monthly mortgage and business targets Stay up to date with mortgage products, regulations, and industry developments Mortgage Advisor requirements:
Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor with a proven track record CeMAP qualified Comfortable working with company-provided leads Experience managing 3–4 appointments per day Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to identify and refer protection opportunities Motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded What’s on Offer? £30,000 basic salary £60,000 – £70,000 OTE Strong commission structure Pension scheme 20 days holiday  bank holidays Mileage allowance Company incentive schemes Ongoing support within a growing and successful brokerage Working Pattern:
