The Role As a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor, you will:
Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to prospective buyers Conduct first appointments and convert opportunities into completed business Work closely with estate agency teams to maximise referral opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the mortgage process Generate and follow up on new business opportunities Manage a high volume of mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance standards Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor requirements:
Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor Fully CeMAP qualified Proven ability to generate and convert mortgage business Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage both initial appointments and subsequent sign-ups Target-driven and commercially minded Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer?
