Duties Include:
Leading the development and continuous improvement of the organisation's financial planning framework, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial projections. Establishing organisation-wide planning methodologies, financial modelling standards, and performance management frameworks. Providing strategic oversight of management information and financial performance reporting. Leading the financial evaluation of major investments, growth initiatives, partnerships, and commercial opportunities. Developing and maintaining complex financial models including scenario planning, investment appraisals, and sustainability assessments.
Supporting the continued development of forecasting, planning, and reporting capabilities across the organisation. Providing expert financial challenge, support, and guidance to senior stakeholders. Preparing and presenting reports, business cases, financial models, and strategic analyses for executive and governance forums. Translating complex financial information into clear recommendations for both finance and non-finance audiences. Leading, coaching, and developing the Finance Business Partnering team.
Building strong relationships with senior leaders across multiple business functions. Supporting strategic resource allocation and organisational decision-making. Leading forecasting and financial sustainability assessments. Driving continuous improvement across financial planning and business partnering activities. Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Significant experience leading financial planning, forecasting, FP&A, or business partnering functions within a complex organisation. Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams. Strong experience producing management reporting and financial insight for senior stakeholders. Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Demonstrable experience supporting strategic decision-making at Executive, Board, or Committee level. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
Experience driving process improvements and enhancing financial planning capabilities. The Business:

Salary & Benefits:
