Our client is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team near Farnham, Surrey. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial planning administration, supporting advisers and ensuring client cases are progressed efficiently.

- Provide administration support to financial advisers and the wider financial planning team.
- Prepare client paperwork and process applications accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, financial providers and other relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
- Monitor and progress cases to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide a professional and responsive service to clients and advisers.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IFA, financial planning or relevant financial services administration.
- Experience supporting financial advisers or working within an IFA environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicating with clients and financial providers.
- Experience using CRM or financial planning systems is desirable.
An organised and detail-focused financial services professional with genuine IFA or financial planning administration experience. You will be confident managing your own workload, communicating with clients and providers, and supporting advisers to ensure cases progress smoothly.
