Job Summary

We’re looking for a Housekeeper to work at Tilford Care Home. This role involves keeping the facility clean and safe for residents and staff, and providing companionship and support to residents.

• £12.72 per hour

• Minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• Commitment to work 24 hours per week, including alternative weekends
• Full UK driving licence and access to a private vehicle (remote location, no public transport)

• Communal cleaning – ensure communal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees
• Domestic tasks – dust, polish and vacuum residents’ bedrooms thoroughly and use appropriate warning signs as required
• Collaboration – work closely with the home management team to meet hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Companionship – provide support, communication and engagement to residents
