HCRG Care Group is seeking a highly motivated Band 6 physiotherapist to join the Surrey Inpatient Stroke Rehabilitation and Neuro Service at Farnham Hospital. The role supports two nine-month rotations across inpatient and neuro outpatient/community rehab pathways as part of a multidisciplinary team.
