HCRG Care Group in Farnham is seeking a Band 6 Neuro Physiotherapist to support the Surrey Inpatient Stroke Rehabilitation and Neuro Service. The role comprises two 9-month rotations: inpatient stroke rehabilitation on Runfold ward and a split 60:40 neuro outpatients and community rehabilitation.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team providing rehab for neurological conditions with input into older peoples rehabilitation.
