Manage onboarding processes, ensuring employee records & compliance documentation Support payroll administration, workforce systems, rota processes, and reporting. Assist with recruitment coordination, employee relations administration, training support, and maintaining accurate HR records. Requirements as a People Support Administrator:
Minimum 2 years administration experience, ideally within HR, recruitment, training, or a people-focused environment.
