Howett Thorpe in Farnham is seeking an HR Advisor on a permanent, office-based basis. The role supports the HR team with day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and compliance with current employment legislation and policies to ensure excellent service to internal customers.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment, assist with payroll including pensions, starters and leavers, maintain accurate HR data across systems, and handle employee relations cases when required.
