Wills & Inheritance Legal Secretary

The Role

Clifton Ingram LLP is recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Wills & Inheritance team based in the Farnham office.

The role will be working with and providing secretarial support to the department on a caseload of work across a range of matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role in the legal sector, although we will consider experienced administrators/secretaries looking to move into a legal position.

Key skills that are important for this role include good client care skills, enthusiasm to deliver a great client service, organisation and being a team player. It is also important to be comfortable with modern IT systems, both audio and copy typing, and diary management. Experience working with Tikit (also known as PW4 OR Partner for Windows) would be beneficial.
