Lex Exec is working with a highly regarded specialist Family Law practice seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Senior Associate to join its growing team in Farnham, Surrey.

Unlike a traditional full-service law firm, this is a dedicated Family Law practice where lawyers work alongside experienced specialists who share a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients.

• Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Financial settlements involving complex assets, property and pensions
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation and separation agreements
• Negotiated settlements and alternative dispute resolution

You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued development of the practice.

The firm places particular importance on resolving matters constructively wherever possible, while recognising the need for robust representation when circumstances require it.

• Ideally 5+ years' post-qualification experience in Family Law
• Strong experience in private family matters, particularly financial remedies
• The ability to manage cases independently and provide clear, practical advice
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in specialist Family Law practice
• An interest in professional development and contributing to a growing team
• Experience in mediation, collaborative law or other forms of non-court dispute resolution would be particularly welcome, although formal accreditation is not essential.
• Applications from experienced Associates and Senior Associates are encouraged.
