Ready to take charge and make an impact? We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join us at Huws Gray (Farnham). As a Branch Manager
, you’ll lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service
. You’ll shape the success of your branch, create opportunities, and foster a supportive work environment.

• Ensuring the safety of yourself, your team, and our customers by following all the appropriate guidelines.
• Delivering top-tier customer service that keeps people coming back.
• Managing branch performance whilst maximising profitability— including P&L and customer ledger responsibilities.
• Developing business opportunities—growing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensuring your transport is used to its full potential.
• Supporting and mentoring your team through delegation, training, one‑to‑ones, and reviews.
• Overseeing branch resources—including stock, equipment, and vehicles.

You don’t need to tick every box—if you’re passionate about leadership and customer service, we want to hear from you. We’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed, but previous management experience is key.
