Sales Manager - Leading Leisure and Sports Centre

Overview

Our client is one of the UK's largest and most progressive and dynamic leisure operators. They are recruiting for a Sales Membership Manager based at their leading multi-use sports and leisure facility, in Farnham, Surrey. Leading a busy team you will take an active lead in the growth of membership at the site.

• Provide a line manager role supporting the Membership Advisors to maximise opportunities, working to set KPIs and targets.
• Meet with the team regularly to monitor performance and ensure the team is supported in line with the company spirit values.
• Lead the team with the philosophy that everyone’s a member, focusing on converting users to members.
• Develop a high level of customer service and maintain excellence at all times.
• Empower the team to become subject matter experts with a thorough understanding of all facility aspects and customer needs.
• Ensure administration and systems are kept up to date and compliant.

• Experience in membership management, sales management, or a consultancy background.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external customers and staff.
• Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills and experience at interview.
• Proven track record of motivating and driving a sales team to success.
