Night Shift Production Operative

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our client’s busy production line in Farnham. This is a temporary position for 4 months, offering a great opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment on the production line efficiently and safely.
Inspect and quality-check products during the production process.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Availability to commit to the night shift schedule.
Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
