Plater Fabricator Chesterfield £15.00 - £17.00 per hour Our client, a rapidly growing engineering company based in Chesterfield, is seeking an experienced Plater Fabricator to join their dynamic team. Plater Fabricator

Roles and Responsibilities:

Carrying out fabrication and development work on custom steel structures in a heavy engineering environment Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications Building components and assemblies to a high standard of accuracy and quality Performing high-quality MIG welding Measuring, marking out, cutting, shaping, and drilling plate and steel sections Operating a range of workshop tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment Maintaining strict adherence to all Health & Safety procedures and site policies Plater Fabricator Ideal Candidate:
Experienced and confident in plating and fabrication Preferably time-served or apprentice-trained with relevant qualifications Skilled MIG welder with a strong eye for detail Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings Hands-on experience using fabrication machinery Background in heavy steel or structural steel industries Capable of working independently from drawings and seeing a project through from start to finish Plater Fabricator Working Hours and Benefits:
