* Summary
* We are looking for an experienced podiatrist to join our established private clinic in Farnham, Surrey. This is a genuine, permanent, full-time clinical role with a fixed salary — not commission, not OTE, not a trial. £59,000–£70,000 depending on experience and clinical scope.

Farnham Foot Clinic has been operating for 15 years. We have a strong patient base, fully booked diaries, and a small, close-knit clinical team. We are adding capacity because demand is growing.

* THE ROLE
* You will carry a full clinical caseload across five days, working from our well-equipped clinic at Farnham Business Park. The work is varied — routine podiatry, nail surgery, verruca treatments, fungal nail management, laser, and assessments. We do not expect you to do everything on day one, but we do expect you to be confident, competent, and comfortable working independently.

The clinic runs day-to-day through a strong team who take responsibility for their own work. If you want the freedom to do excellent clinical work without micromanagement, it is.

* WHAT WE NEED
* * Essential:
* ● HCPC registered — non-negotiable

● Minimum 5 years post-qualification clinical experience in a podiatry role

● Nail surgery competency, with a proven track record of independent nail surgery across a range of presentations

● Confident managing a full clinical diary independently

● Professional, reliable, and committed to high standards of patient care

* Desirable (and reflected in salary):
* ● Biomechanical assessment and orthotic prescribing experience

● ESWT shockwave therapy experience

● Any MSK or injection therapy skills

* WHAT WE OFFER
* ● *£59,000–£70,000 fixed salary* — not commission, not OTE. The salary is the salary.

● £2,000 annual CPD budget — yours to use on the development that matters to you

● Funded specialist training — including musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging, injection therapy, and masters-level academic development for the right candidate

● 5-day week, Monday to Friday — no weekends, no on-call, no evenings

● Single clinic location — no travelling between sites

● Well-equipped treatment rooms with laser, SWIFT, shockwave, and ultrasound technology
