They are at a pinnacle stage of growth and are now seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their market leading office in Wimbledon. This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has a keen interest in the property sector. The company provide over 300 hours of exceptional training and mentoring in the first year which can lead to fast-track progression and growth.

Responsibilities:
Liaising with applicants and landlords. Working in a dynamic team to achieve monthly targets. Conducting viewings and negotiating offers. Delivering a high level of customer service. The offer:
Basic salary £25,000. 3-month competitive guarantee. Year one OTE £60,000  Company car with fuel allowance. Company phone. Rewards for the top billers.

About you:

A full clean driving license. A keen interest in property. Experience working as part of a team to achieve business goals. Ambitious and tenacious personality. An excellent communicator.
