We're hiring for Christmas 2025 at Neals Yard Remedies

Are you passionate about beauty, wellness and a natural at building rapport with customers? You will become an integral part of our team on the build up to Christmas 2025.

As our Temporary Customer Advisor, you'll be joining a friendly team making the connection between Neals Yard Remedies and our customers at this special time of year. This is a great time to work with our fun and collaborative team, who thrive on providing a high touch customer service.

You'll be supporting them in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationships with a customer inspired approach.

You will learn from our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs.

You’ll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products.

This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your ability to tell stories and bring our beautiful products to life.

These contracts will run from 17th November to 28th December 2025
