Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

40 hours per week Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Delivering great service: Ensuring your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
• Mucking in: Helping the team get the job done by checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
• Inspiring: Encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
• Asking questions and building relationships: Making sure your team gets the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession, and ensuring customers leave with everything they need.

• Building a fun working environment: Maintaining product availability and high branch standards while making sure the branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
