  Meeting and registering new applicant
• sOrganising & carrying out viewing
• sMaintain regular contact with landlords and applicants and note all correspondence and communication
• sAchieve all daily and weekly target
• sArrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with the landlord`s instruction
• sNegotiate where instructed any offers receive
• dHave an in-depth understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitor
• sWork closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise the
