We’re working with one of the UK’s leading leisure operators to recruit an ambitious Sales Manager to lead the sales department at a busy leisure facility in Farnham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional within the leisure, health or fitness industry to take the next step in their career and lead a high-performing sales team.

You’ll take ownership of membership sales, drive commercial performance and create a positive, motivated sales culture across the centre.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Drive membership growth and maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver effective sales strategies.
• Coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a strong member experience.
• Work closely with the wider management team to drive overall centre performance.

• Previous sales management experience within leisure, health, fitness or a related industry

• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Commercially focused, energetic and results driven.
• Passionate about customer experience and developing people.
• Ambitious and looking to progress your career within the leisure industry.
• Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends on rotation
