A highly reputable independent garage in Farnham is seeking an experienced Senior Diagnostic / Master Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive well‑equipped workshop that values quality workmanship a positive culture and a healthy work‑life balance.

• Salary : (dependent on experience)
• Monday to Friday only 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
• No Saturdays
• Overtime available (paid at 1,5x)
• 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Christmas bonus

• Carry out advanced diagnostic and technical work across a wide variety of makes and models
• Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Mentor and support junior technicians sharing knowledge and expertise
• Complete repair and maintenance tasks to the highest standards of safety and quality
• Liaise with service advisors and where necessary explain diagnostic findings to customers

• Proven experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician (JLR experience highly preferable)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both with colleagues and customers
• Full UK driving licence
