This is a full‑time, remote role for a Client Relationship Manager based anywhere. The Client Relationship Manager will oversee client accounts, maintain and grow client relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for client needs. Responsibilities include managing account administration, addressing client inquiries, ensuring the timely resolution of issues, and supporting the implementation of company services. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, including effective communication and the ability to address client needs proactively
- Organizational and project management skills to ensure the timely and accurate administration of client accounts
- Technical familiarity with retirement and tax‑advantaged savings plans and the ability to learn and use proprietary technology systems efficiently
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to address client challenges and propose effective solutions
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, finance, or a similar field, with prior experience in retirement or pension services preferred
- Attention to detail, distinct responsibility, and the ability to handle confidential information accurately and ethically
