With paid extensive training, you will acquire the skills needed to care for our patients. Upon completion, you will join a holistic team of nurses, dietitians, social workers, and experienced PCTs to provide care. It’s not a job; it’s a career based on passion and purpose.

Some Details About This Position- No dialysis experience is required.
- Training may occur at a facility or separate training clinic.
- Potential to float to various clinics during and after training.
- Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Direct patient care: spend most of your day in one‑on‑one care during dialysis treatment.
- Care multiple patients per shift.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, record stats, and setup equipment; exposure to blood and needles.
- Build long‑term relationships and educate patients on kidney dialysis.
- Work under RN supervision within a cross‑functional team.

- Paid training.
- Desire to care for people in need.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Comfortable mixing acid or bicarbonate.
- Physical and mental ability to work long (12+‑hour) shifts on your feet.
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory.
- Health care experience a plus: BONENT, CHT, CNA, CMA, or phlebotomy certification.
