Job DescriptionCovenant Health Urgent Care is dedicated to providing top-quality patient care to the Knoxville community. Medical Assistants are critical to the success of our clinical teams, providing fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare. In partnership with Covenant Health, we offer state‑of‑the‑art onsite digital X‑ray, EKG, and common laboratory assays 7 days per week, 8AM‑8PM.
Responsibilities- Learn and practice advanced skills under the direction of our providers, including injections, phlebotomy, EKGs, and orthopedic care.
- Triage patients, take vital signs, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.
- Apply splints and wound dressings, collect and record the results of laboratory tests, and administer oral and injectable medications.

- Requirement of a GED or high school diploma.
- Completed a Medical Assistant program and are registered/certified (MA or CMA).
