DaVita is seeking a Nurse to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. The role supports patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will deliver care in a supportive team environment and build lasting relationships.

• No dialysis experience required.
• Receive training in a facility or clinic and may float to various clinics during and after training.
• Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Support patients with complex comorbidities, leveraging nursing knowledge.
• Oversee patient observations with support from PCTs, measure vitals, and set up machines.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities.
• Use broad nursing skills and knowledge.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or three‑year diploma may substitute.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
