DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. • Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.

• Deliver care to patients who have multiple comorbidities, requiring a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body prior to operating the water treatment system.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire.
