Location
:
Farragut, TN office (full day operations).
Compensation
: $69,930+ per year (Base + Commission), uncapped monthly commission.

- Manage existing customer base: contact accounts regularly, support sales negotiations, and meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Drive market share growth by prospecting and selling to new businesses: identify prospects, build relationships, propose solutions, and close sales.
- Create proposals, write and submit accurate new orders; manage moves, adds, changes, and deletions (MACD) for existing accounts.
- Develop and execute a tactical sales plan, maintain activity tracking and forecasts in the CRM, and report progress weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Attend industry and trade group meetings to increase visibility and build contacts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Experience in prospecting and generating leads through cold calling.
- Cell phone access.
- Previous telecommunications experience.
- Can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Goal‑setting and achievement track record.
- Excellent organization, time‑management, and attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation and genuine interest in helping others.
- Comprehensive product and application knowledge for troubleshooting.
- Competitive nature and mastery of sales processes.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

- Ability to work with customers at all management levels.
