Job Title: Sales Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Pure Barre Farragut, TN
Compensation: $20,000/year base salary plus uncapped commission and monthly performance bonuses
Job Type: Part-Time (25 to 30 hours per week)

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead studio sales, drive membership growth, and deliver an outstanding client experience. This is a high-impact, sales-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Sales and Lead Management (70%)

• Drive new membership sales and service package revenue
• Manage and follow up with leads using our studio CRM system
• Schedule and host prospective clients for introductory classes and studio tours
• Plan and participate in grassroots marketing events and local partnerships
• Implement studio sales processes and communicate weekly sales goals
• Execute lead generation and outreach campaigns

Team Leadership and Operations (30%)

• Supervise and schedule front desk/sales staff
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Maintain retail inventory and visual standards
• Support member retention efforts and client experience programs
• Enforce studio policies and deliver operational excellence

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail leadership
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness (barre or group fitness experience a plus)
• Ability to work weekday mornings (between 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM) and some weekends as needed
• Comfortable with technology and CRM platforms

• $20,000 annual base salary
• 10% commission on all new monthly memberships sold
• 2% commission on all additional services sold
• Monthly performance bonuses based on net member gain and EFT growth
