• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of all students.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress to ensure their academic growth.
• Providing a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Supporting students' personal development and fostering a love of learning.
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall school experience.
• Maintaining strong relationships with parents and guardians.

• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching at Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal development.
• Be an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to continuous professional development.
• Possess a positive and energetic approach to teaching.
