What you'll do as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
Support pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Assist with learning activities and interventions
Promote independence and confidence
Support emotional and social development
Work closely with teachers and SENCOsWhat we're looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
Patient, compassionate and proactive attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
