Salary: £33,000–£35,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

33 hours per week, worked across 4 or 5 days

Location:

Faversham Head Office with occasional travel to services

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting exceptional talent to our residential, nursing, and home care services. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively, and making a genuine impact.

You'll work closely with operational managers to deliver high-quality recruitment campaigns, identify talent in local communities, and ensure our services have the people they need to provide outstanding care.

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to onboarding
• Partnering with managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment expertise
• Creating engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns using social media, AI tools, and other innovative sourcing methods
• Proactively sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of care and support roles
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Attending recruitment events, job fairs, and community engagement activities
• Ensuring all recruitment activity meets safer recruitment and compliance standards
• Monitoring recruitment performance, vacancy levels, and hiring data to drive continuous improvement

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within health and social care or another fast-paced sector
• A proven track record of sourcing candidates and filling vacancies in competitive markets
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence using ATS systems, job boards, Linked In, social media, and other recruitment technology
• A proactive and resilient approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience
