The Package
- Start Date: ASAP
- Basic Salary: £16,500
- Realistic Earnings (including commission and uncapped): £22,000 - £24,000
- Work Pattern: 3 days a week – Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Beneficial: A full driving license and your own car

Your Day-to-Day:- Welcome and build relationships with customers
- Help customers find their dream home
- Present relevant products and services
- Identify potential leads and refer clients to the right colleagues
- Communicate and liaise with developers (our clients)
- Experience in new homes sales and residential estate agency (essential)
- Confidence and excellent communication skills
- Genuine love for helping customers
- Professional, organised and strong work ethic
- Ability to think on your feet and be flexible
- A driven attitude to achieve your targets
