• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and part lists to determine required materials.
• Accurately pick, count, and kit parts for fabrication jobs.
• Stage kits in designated areas for production teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and updating records.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Collaborate with fabrication, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate kiting.
• Perform routine inspections of kits to ensure completeness and quality.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience:
  
  1+ years experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to read and understand technical documents and part drawings. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills (e.g., ERP systems, inventory software).
• Other:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Forklift certification is a plus.

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• May require overtime or weekend work depending on production needs.
