As a Master Automotive Technician, you will:

• Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
• Leverage technology to enhance productivity and bay efficiency.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department and fellow technicians.
• Work together to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Master L1 Technician or A-level Tech preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

In this role, you will need to:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Effectively navigate a computer.
