Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Master Automotive Technician, you will:
- Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
- Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
- Leverage technology to enhance productivity and bay efficiency.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department and fellow technicians.
- Work together to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- Master L1 Technician or A-level Tech preferred.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes.
- A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
In this role, you will need to:
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Effectively navigate a computer.
