Director of Partnerships

Fayetteville, AR

NWA has grown into a major market in many ways, but the area is still lacking a major‑market level sports media outlet. Pinecone Lane Media is looking for a Director of Partnerships to help us fill this gap in the NWA market and beyond. Our team has the professional production capabilities, top‑notch talent and personalities, and high‑level business partners and networks to help fuel the growth originated by our Director of Partnerships.

We are looking for the right person to build new revenue streams and business units for Pinecone Lane Media, plus to maximize the growth of our current products:
The Chuck & Bo Show and Varsity Vibe.

Objective

Fuel growth for Pinecone Lane Media by expanding reach, increasing revenue, and creating scalable partnership strategies — with a focus on impact, execution, and results.

Core Responsibilities
  • Maximize growth potential of The Chuck and Bo Show.
  • Maximize revenue ceiling for Varsity Vibe.
  • Keep current partnerships fresh and engaging. Make sure they’re getting results and satisfied.
  • Create events to engage with partners.
  • Create revenue for the show outside of traditional inventory.
  • Own the commercial strategy and sales operations for any future radio‑station acquisition, including standing up the sales team and driving revenue across all programming.
  • Cultivate, build, and manage new business units for Pinecone Lane Media, LLC. Ideas include, but not limited to: newsletters, podcasts, and sports storytelling.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Conceptual Selling Experience (not product selling)
  • High capacity for initiative / high motor
  • Entrepreneurial and creative — able to develop strategies from scratch.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Strong presenter and networker, confident in securing and maximizing partnerships.
  • Results‑driven with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.
