* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* At least two years of experience with data analysis and visualization using large data sets to drive operational decision-making
* Excellent oral and written communication skills as evidenced by application materials
* Master’s degree
* At least two years of experience working with student data in a higher education setting
* Experience or formal training in project management
* Experience with data mining, analytics, and visualization in a higher education setting
* Background in statistics or data analytics
* Experience with Microsoft Fabric
* Experience with Workday
* Advanced proficiency in the use of desktop productivity software, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
* Proficient working knowledge of various software packages and applications related to statistical analyses, databases, data governance, and data visualization (for example, SAS, SAS EG, SPSS, Microsoft Office - Access, PL/ SQL and SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric)
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to effectively explain data analysis to non-technical audiences through visualization and narrative storytelling
