Senior Space Planning Specialist

Location:

Rogers, AR (hybrid – 3 to 4 days onsite).

• Manage space planning and section merchandising for assigned categories and customers, including financial data analysis and space‑related insights at account and market levels.
• Create and maintain client‑specific reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives.
• Develop planograms that meet the Customer’s and Client’s visual standards while increasing space for Acosta brands based on sales performance.
• Lead team meetings with brand managers and clients to discuss client needs and upcoming projects.
• Maintain and update all planograms for assigned categories and sections.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy of deliverables, and collaborate with BI associates and data/tool vendors.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; related work experience may substitute.
• Up to one year of related work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint. Power BI knowledge is a strong asset.
• Experience with syndicated data and/or space management tools is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external clients.
• Ability to leverage relevant data to diagnose situations and identify potential solutions.
