Construction Project Manager

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Turnover & Documentation Team supporting Construction, Operations, and MSFT Stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager 2

Location: Fayetteville, GA

Pay Range: $50/hour

• Act as the main liaison between construction and operations teams during project turnover.
• Coordinate, collect, and verify turnover deliverables including as-builts, redlines, O&M manuals, and other close-out documentation.
• Maintain tracking systems to ensure all turnover documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
• Resolve discrepancies or gaps in documentation by collaborating with MSFT stakeholders, contractors, designers, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage turnover schedules and support handover meetings to ensure operational readiness.

• 2–5 years of experience in MEP, construction management, project management, or document control (data center experience strongly preferred).
• Strong familiarity with construction drawings, as-builts, submittals, and project close-out deliverables.
• High-level organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple work streams.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge construction and operations teams effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, project management platforms, and document management systems.
