Our client, a leader in technology, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Delivery Department supporting regional data center build teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective cross‑functional communication, and a proactive approach to managing complex project milestones, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager 3

Location: Fayetteville, GA

Pay Range: $58/hour

What's the Job?
  • Act as the main liaison between construction and operations teams during project turnover.
  • Coordinate, collect, and verify turnover deliverables including as‑builts, redlines, O&M manuals, and other close‑out documentation.
  • Maintain tracking systems to ensure all turnover documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
  • Resolve discrepancies or gaps in documentation by collaborating with MSFT stakeholders, contractors, designers, and internal teams.
  • Develop and manage turnover schedules and support handover meetings to ensure operational readiness.
What's Needed?
  • 2–5 years of experience in MEP, construction management, project management, or document control (data center experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with construction drawings, as‑builts, submittals, and project close‑out deliverables.
  • High‑level organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple work streams.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge construction and operations teams effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, project management platforms, and document management systems.
