Summary ofJob Duties:
Instructs and leads student learning in the absence of a regular teacher and in accordance with the goals, directives, and curriculum of the University of Arkansas Fort Smith Little Lions Child Development Center.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or a GED.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
- Current knowledge of Arkansas Child Development and Early Learning Standards.
- Infant/Child CPR Certification
- Ability to provide flexible support of transitions.
- Ability to guide and support student learning through.
- Excellence in communication with colleagues, students, and families.
- Ability to lift to forty pounds.
- Ability to be physically active all day with children indoors.
- Frequent kneeling, occasionally reaching above the head or the shoulders.
