Career Center Undergraduate and Student Programs

The Lead Career Consultant in Walton Career Connections provides guidance, coaching, programming, and education to Walton students through consulting, collaboration with employers, and identification of industry trends. This role will manage a portfolio of undergraduate and graduate students, collaborating with the Career Connections team and academic departments on programming and tracking outcomes. Additionally, the Lead Career Consultant will supervise the other Career Consultants on the team, supporting their development, setting strategy, ensuring quality and consistency of services, and helping balance team workload and priorities.

Must be able to provide in‑person support of programming/events during office hours, Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm, and occasional evenings and weekends, less than 10 evenings or weekends a semester.
