Cast MemberPart-time

Malco Theatres is seeking a part-time Cast Member to work at the Razorback Cinema Grill & IMAX in Fayetteville, AR. The Cast Member will create a welcome environment for patrons, sell tickets to movies and special events, and provide movie and event information.

Box Office Cashier - Responsibilities include:

• Cheerfully greeting patrons.
• Providing movie, special event, and general theatre information.
• Accurately selling tickets, accepting payments, and making change.
• Operating Point of Sale terminals and ticket printers.
• Operating a two-way radio.
• Following MPA film rating guidelines when selling admission tickets.
• Following theatre policies for selling admission tickets.
• Answering the telephone courteously and professionally.
• Maintaining the box office area.
• Watching for safety issues and reporting to management.

Concession Attendant duties include:

• Providing services to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Serving food in proper pre-determined portion sizes.
• Maintaining adequate food/supplies.
• Cleaning the concession area.
• Using a popper to prepare popcorn as needed.
• Cleaning concession equipment.
• Maintaining the appearance of all equipment and serving counters.
• Receiving deliveries when assigned.
• Performing other related duties as required.

Usher / Doorman responsibilities include:

• Providing services to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Managing crowd control and assisting patrons in finding seating when necessary.
• Cleaning and inspecting auditoriums.
• Assisting patrons with special needs.
• Maintaining order and ensuring adherence to safety rules.
• Assisting patrons with questions or complaints.
• Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable.
• Performing other related duties as required.
